At K.O CLUB, we want every customer to feel confident before and after placing an order.

This Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are handled for purchases made through our online store.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period starts on the day after you receive your order. If the deadline ends on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unworn
Unwashed
Unused
In its original condition
With all tags, packaging, and hygiene seals intact, where applicable

For hygiene and health protection reasons, underwear and intimate apparel can only be returned if they remain unused and, where supplied sealed, the hygiene seal has not been removed or broken.

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, stained, altered, or returned without the required packaging may be refused or partially refunded depending on their condition.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Hygiene Exception

Certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons may lose the right of withdrawal once unsealed after delivery. This may apply to underwear and intimate apparel where a hygiene seal or protective packaging has been removed.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as K.O CLUB is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

If the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, K.O CLUB will be responsible for the return cost or will provide an appropriate return solution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date we are informed of your withdrawal, although we may wait until we have received the returned goods or proof that the goods have been sent back.

Original standard delivery costs will be refunded where required by applicable consumer law. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, such as express shipping, only the standard delivery cost may be refundable.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and display the refund.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges due to stock availability.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

Items without original tags or packaging
Items with removed or broken hygiene seals, where applicable
Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
Gift cards, if applicable
Final sale items, where clearly stated and permitted by law
