At K.O CLUB, we ship orders across Europe and internationally. Every order is prepared with care and sent with tracking.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

During high-demand periods, product launches, holidays, or promotional campaigns, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

Standard EU delivery: 4–7 business days.

Express EU delivery: 2–4 business days.

International delivery: 7–21 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs procedures, and external factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and selected shipping method.

Standard EU shipping: €3.90.

Express EU shipping: €4.90.

Free standard shipping applies to orders above €69.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking whenever available. Tracking details will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the order has been handed over to the carrier.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international orders outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply depending on the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delays and Liability

K.O CLUB is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures, carriers, incorrect shipping information, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

If your order appears to be delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in checking the delivery status.

Incorrect Shipping Information

K.O CLUB is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
